This Privacy Policy may be made available in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Terms of Service govern the applicable jurisdiction, venue, and legal terms for use of VIREKA Space.

When you use VIREKA Space, you may provide information such as:

• clarification inputs
• questions, notes, or context you enter
• generated clarification results
• saved clarification history
• Done pages or final clarified snapshots
• shared links or exported content
• team workspace content
• group session contributions
• published frames
• account-related information
• payment or subscription-related information
• messages or requests sent through contact or support channels

Some inputs may be processed temporarily to generate a response. Other information may be stored when you choose to save, continue, replay, share, export, publish, or use account-based features.

If you create an account or sign in, VIREKA Space may store account-related information needed to provide access to the service. This may include your email address, user identifier, sign-in method, subscription or plan status, and basic account settings.

This information is used to authenticate access, maintain sessions, provide account features, apply usage limits, support team/workspace permissions, process account-related requests, and help protect the service from misuse.

VIREKA Space allows you to sign in with Google using Google OAuth.

When you choose to continue with Google, VIREKA Space may receive limited Google account information connected to authentication, such as:

• your email address
• basic profile information, when available, such as your name or profile photo
• the Google account identifier needed to sign you in

This information is used only to create and secure your account, authenticate access to VIREKA Space, maintain signed-in sessions, and provide account-related features you request.

VIREKA Space does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising.

Google user data is not shared with third parties except where needed to provide core application functionality, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the service.

VIREKA Space requests only the minimum Google account access required for authentication. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or advertising-related Google scopes.

You can revoke Google access at any time through your Google account permissions.

VIREKA Space uses Stripe to support payments, subscriptions, billing, and related payment functions.

When you purchase or manage a paid plan, payment information may be handled by Stripe. VIREKA Space may receive limited payment-related information needed to manage your account, such as subscription status, plan type, customer identifier, payment status, billing history, or related transaction records.

VIREKA Space does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.

Individual clarification work is intended to remain private to the user who creates it unless the user chooses to share, export, copy, or otherwise disclose it.

VIREKA Space may store individual clarification history so that users can return to prior work, replay clarification steps, continue clarifying, or access final Done pages.

Users can delete their clarification history through the VIREKA Space interface.

Private clarification content is not treated as public content.

VIREKA Space may allow users to create or join organizations, workspaces, team sessions, or shared clarity environments.

Information created in a team workspace may be visible to other authorized users depending on their role, workspace access, session permissions, and the state of the content.

For example:

• workspace owners, managers, or facilitators may have access to certain team session information
• contributors may submit private contributions within a group process
• published frames may become visible to authorized viewers or members
• shared clarification records may be available to users with proper workspace access
• limited operational records may be kept to support security, permissions, and integrity

Raw private contributions and unpublished drafts should not be assumed to be visible to all participants. Visibility depends on the feature, role, and publication state.

When you publish, share, export, or copy content from VIREKA Space, that content may become visible outside your private account area.

Published frames, shared links, exported records, or copied outputs may include clarified context, summaries, questions, assumptions, uncertainty, or other structured information generated through the service.

Users are responsible for reviewing shared or exported content before distributing it.

VIREKA Space may use external AI systems to process inputs and generate clarification responses, structured summaries, questions, or related outputs.

VIREKA Space does not intentionally send account identifiers, such as your email address, to AI providers for generation. However, information you include in your own input may be processed as part of the request.

You should avoid entering sensitive personal information, confidential information, or information you do not have permission to use.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. VIREKA Space is designed to support clarity and reflection, not to replace professional judgment, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or human responsibility.

VIREKA Space may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This may include:

• browser and device information
• log data
• page interactions
• usage patterns
• error reports
• system performance information
• approximate region or language settings, when available

This information helps maintain the service, improve reliability, understand usage, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

VIREKA Space may keep limited records needed to protect accounts, sessions, workspaces, permissions, and the reliability of the service.

These records help us prevent abuse, investigate unauthorized access, troubleshoot security issues, and maintain the integrity of VIREKA Space.

We do not use security-related records for advertising, and we do not sell them to third parties.

VIREKA Space may use trusted third-party services to support core functionality. These may include services for:

• hosting and infrastructure
• database and storage
• authentication
• AI processing
• analytics or performance monitoring
• payments and subscriptions
• email or transactional messages
• security and abuse prevention

These services are selected with attention to privacy, reliability, and the limited purposes needed to operate VIREKA Space.

VIREKA Space does not sell personal information to third parties.

VIREKA Space uses information to:

• provide and operate the service
• generate clarification responses
• maintain accounts and sessions
• save and replay clarification history
• support team workspaces and shared sessions
• enable publishing, sharing, export, and AI handoff features
• process payments, subscriptions, and plan access

• protect against abuse or unauthorized access
• respond to support or contact requests
• comply with legal obligations

VIREKA Space retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account features, support saved work, preserve shared or published records, process subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the platform.

Users can delete their clarification history through the VIREKA Space interface. Some information may also be deleted when it is no longer needed.

Some records may remain for legitimate operational, security, legal, billing, backup, or service-integrity reasons.

VIREKA Space uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee complete security. Users should take care when entering, saving, sharing, or exporting sensitive information.

Users may have the ability to access, continue, share, export, or delete certain information through VIREKA Space features.

Users can delete their clarification history in the VIREKA Space interface.

Some requests may be limited by security, legal, billing, technical, backup, or legitimate service-operation requirements.

VIREKA Space is not intended for children under the age required to use online services in their jurisdiction. Users should not submit information from children unless they have the legal authority to do so.

VIREKA Space may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves.

Significant updates will be communicated through the site, app, or other appropriate means. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when changes are made.
