How we handle your information

Introduction

This policy explains how information is handled within VIREKA Space.

The system is designed to support clarity and structured understanding while minimizing unnecessary data collection.

Information You Provide

Inputs are processed to generate responses within the system.

They are not stored as user histories or associated with personal identities.

Google Sign-In and Google User Data

VIREKA Space allows you to sign in with Google using Google OAuth.

When you choose to continue with Google, VIREKA Space may receive limited Google account information connected to authentication: your email address; basic profile information, when available, such as your name and profile photo; and the Google account identifier needed to sign you in.

That information is used only to create and secure your account, authenticate access to VIREKA Space, maintain signed-in sessions, and provide account-related features you request.

VIREKA Space does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising.

Google user data is not shared with third parties except where needed to provide core application functionality, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the service.

VIREKA Space requests only the minimum Google account access required for authentication. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or advertising-related Google scopes.

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account permissions.

Technical Information

Limited technical data may be collected to understand how the service is used and to improve performance.

This may include page interactions, usage patterns, and system-level data.

How We Use Data

Data is used only to provide and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

AI Processing

Inputs may be processed by external AI systems to generate responses.

These systems do not receive identifying information about users.

Third-Party Services

Trusted third-party services may be used to support functionality.

These are selected with attention to privacy and reliability.

User Control and Updates

As the system evolves, users may have more control over their data.

Significant updates to this policy will be communicated.
